For this essay my goals will be to determine what exactly I intend my thesis to be. As this is something which has been pointed out not only by my peers, but also myself through past experiences. Another goal which I have is to select what audio and visual modes I will use throughout my essay. In order to achieve my goals I plan to reread my essay as well as rereading sources distributed in class. I also intend to read sources which I had read previously outside of class as well as discovering new sources. I hope through this, I will have a solid foundation for my discovery of determining a thesis for this essay. I believe in this process my biggest challenge will be differentiating and determining what information is necessary and what information is unnecessary. I believe this will pose a challenge because I tend to summarize all information which I come across that correlates to a subject matter. I also worry that I may struggle with placement as well as importation of my sources. If a challenge becomes overwhelming I intend to visit Digispace, to ask my peers for help, and to watch videos for assistance. If I still cannot solve my problem then, I will if necessary ask Professor Emerson for guidance.
