This dissemination project I anticipate will go well, as we already have a plan of communication established since the first day. We have all held each other accountable in regard to submitting assignments. When conflict arises, we communicate in regard to how to resolve the issue said day. Thus, if communication continues, I anticipate conflict will not be an issue. Communication is essential in all aspects of life especially aspects where individuals are a part of a team in order to achieve a goal.
Barriers that may occur include time management, and the quality of work produced. Communication will be essential in order to achieve our goal in a timely fashion and of good quality. Benefits may include communication skills, professionalism, and the benefit of learning how to collaborate as a whole. This project encourages students to be held accountable while working as a team. This project provides emphasis on professionalism and encourages the students to create a project that can be presented to professionals in healthcare in order to improve the quality of care. Thus, time management and the quality of said work will be crucial. These barriers should be resolved through communication amongst group members.
